Every Bollywood event is a fashionista’s paradise. And when it’s about the 6th Hindustan Times Most Stylish Awards, you are better be prepared to see the best fashion ensembles from Bollywood. Some glittered in gowns and slit dresses, while some rocked the red carpet with long jackets and flared pants. The event, recently held at Taj Land’s End hotel in Bandra (W), was attended by most leading celebrities of Bollywood. Everyone brought the best of their unique style to sizzle the night and how! Kajol chose a pale white Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna jumpsuit with flared bottom and sleeves. Since it had interesting silver sequined work on the bottom, she went easy on the makeup. And it played out very well.
Another leading Bollywood couple, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu were there too. Neetu chose a lustrous cream coloured Sabyasachi kurti paired with palazzo and a black dupatta. Her subtle makeup and green beads neckpiece kept her look classy and added a bit of colour to the otherwise toned down kurti.
Anushka, bold as she is, set the red carpet on fire with her all black H & M ensemble paired with a golden neckpiece and. Plus, she deserves a thumbs up for picking up that statement ring!
Another leading lady of B town, Deepika, also sported an all black look. She wore a black cold shoulder flared top paired with flared pants by Milly. In tone with her beautiful winged eyes makeup, she chose a pink earring from Outhouse to complete the look.
Esha Gupta picked up a daring and stylish black designer gown by Nikhil Thampi. She kept her eyes smoky and lips nude.
Maria Goretti was found sporting an orange designer gown. She chose a multi-colored clutch, dangling sleek earrings and neat hairdo to go with it.
Rani Mukherjee doesn’t make much media appearances, but she was found at the event too. Interestingly, she chose a Payal Khadwala outfit over saree. It had a white top, blue flared bottom and a gorgeous red long jacket with sequined work on the sleeves.
How could we forget Parineeti Chopra? She opted for an off-shoulder Avaro Figlio dress & teamed with Isharya jewellery. The burgundy suede pumps added the WOW effect definitely.
Finally comes Alia Bhatt, looking ethereal as a dazzling modern princess, with Reem Acra princess cut dress. Her subtle dewy makeup and neat centre parted bun made a strong case for including a tiara on her head. Don’t you agree?
